Details
There are reports that the Cat Burglar has her paws on a "Book of the Gods," a restricted book that was lost twenty years ago. Assist the Optistery in investigating the reports, and attempt to retrieve the priceless, but dangerous, tome.
Walkthrough
The guard sends you to talk with Tosuka-Porika in the Optistery. after talking to him, go to windurst woods, mithra grove, and talk to Nanaa Mingho way at the top. (some of you might have already known her from the yagudo beads quest)
Go to shakhrami maze, which is located at the North East exit of Taronghi canyon. you have to examine "Fossil Rocks" in the maze. to get to the fossil rocks area, go to G-6, you will then be taken to the lower floor, the map will change. the fossil rocks are in H-5 which isn't far from G-6. Examine all Fossil Rocks until you get key item Lapis Coral.
Then go back to windurst woods and talk to nanaa mingho again.
Head to Inner Horutoto Ruins from East Sarutabaruta (J-7), go thru the craked door at (G-8) then head all the way to (G-7) of the new map. examine "Mahogany Door".
Reporting : after examining the Mahogany Door, go back to windurst walls and examine the door at House of the hero. then talk to tosuka porika in Optistery to complete the mission. A Testing Time
Details
Assist the Aurastery's School of Magic in the selection of the venue for their next skills test. They want to record the number of monsters you can hunt at a specific area, in a set number of days, to fairly standardize their skills test.
Walkthrough
PT LV20-
After talking to the gate guard head to the Orastery and talk to Moreno-Teono. The Minster wants to test his students in Taronghi Canyon, but he needs a benchmark by which to compare his students to adventurers such as yourself. You are to directed to Taronghi Canyon and exterminate as many monsters as you can in Vana Time 1 day. This is a TIMED mission and you have to be quick getting there. Warp or Warp scroll is a good idea to have.
Try to exterminate 10+ monsters in less then a in-game day AND make your way back to the Aurastery. This is a cumulative mission - so more the merrier! In other words, having more people CANNOT hurt your chances in finishing this quest on time. The Three Kingdoms
Details
Determine the state of affairs in San d'Oria and Bastok, and render assistance on behalf of Heavens Tower. Inquire at our consulate in each country for more information. Traveling by ship from Mhaura to Selbina is recommended.
Walkthrough
This is a VERY Long quest and is divided into TWO parts that will VARY depending on WHICH one city you visted first. I suggest completing either sub-job quest (from Vera, Mhaura OR Isacio, Selbina) before attempting this. Getting a Chocobo License and the maps to Palborough Mines/Ghelsba/Giddeus is advised. In addition, the maps to all the main cities are a good idea.
After talking to the Gate Guard talk to Gamimi (?) in Heaven's Tower (Windhurst Walls). She will explain the mission. You might want to start the "Rock Racketeer" quest from Windhurst before leaving town. Bid a tearful good-bye to Windhurst - you won't be back for a long while. Depending on how you go from here, the missions may differ.
